St Paul's Cross Country Opening Meet - 09/24/10

The St Paul Cross Country team opened their season by hosting the Chapin School on a hot September Friday afternoon at Greenway Meadows park in Princeton. A large contingent from Chapin joined 45 runners from St Paul to battle the heat and humidity while running with purpose and passion. The St Paul Girls won in convincing fashion taking all top 5 places, while St Paul Boys placed 3rd & 4th behind the top two Chapin Boys. It appears that the St Paul Cross Country team will have another spirited season with a squad that continues to grow each year.

Thanks to all the participants, volunteers, coaches, and the tremendous parent turnout from both schools.
